Decentralized Identifiers Web
Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs)
DIDWeb: A web of decentralized identifiers distributed across Decentralized Nodes (DNodes).
DIDs are unique identifiers that can reference any entity without relying on a centralized authority, and can also verify claims made by decentralized entities. DIDWeb enables a decentralized web of trust, where entities can securely and privately communicate and transact without relying on centralized intermediaries.

DID document
A DID document is a set of data that describes a DID subject, which could be a person, organization, car, or anything else that has a DID. It is stored as a JSON-LD object, which is a type of data format that is easy for computers to understand. Each DID can have only one DID document associated with it.
